Randy Kelly

Randy Kelly is former mayor of Saint Paul. He is a member of Democratic Party in name only. In a move which generated disgust within the Minnesota DFL, Kelly endorsed and campaigned for Republican President George W. Bush's re-election in 2004. Kelly lost to former City Council Member Chris Coleman in the September 13, 2005 primary election, with Coleman obtaining nearly twice as many votes as Kelly [1].
