Glenn Melancon

Glenn Melancon (D) is a professor of History at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He ran for Congress in the 4th District of Texas, but lost to the incumbent, see Texas U.S. House election, 2006.

Melancon grew up in an Army family. He and his wife Jackie, a special education teacher, have two children, and attend St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sherman, TX.
