Dennis Spivack is a Democratic veteran and attorney from Delaware. He ran for Congress, but lost to the incumbent, see Delaware U.S. House election, 2006. Dennis is one of the Fighting Dems. He served two tours of duty as a Naval officer during the Vietnam era, and received his JD degree in 1975 from the University of Michigan Law School.
