CC-by-nc-sa
From dKosopedia
The CC-by-nc-sa or "Creative Commons attribution non-commercial share-alike" open content license is often applied in open politics, especially for publications by political party units. By retaining commercial rights they can prevent direct profit from materials (for instance, by advertising agencies creating negative ads against them) but permit their (nonprofit) opponents to use the materials in political responses.
While "all contributions to dKosopedia itself are considered to be released under the GNU Free Documentation License (see dKosopedia:Copyrights for details)", some contributions are made simultaneously under GFDL and CC-by-nc-sa and a very few pages are CC-by-nc-sa or CC-by-sa only because all versions of them must integrate with other CC-licensed pages. These are all carefully marked.
Some argue that a more specific license should exist specifically to forbid unprincipled uses. This is similar to arguments that future Creative Commons licenses must have clauses specific to scientific publication, requiring peaceful use, forbidding use in extinction- or climate-change-causing activities, and other important and universal political goals. For now however the CC-by-nc-sa continues to permit military use, by parties that support such use, their think tanks, etc., etc..
