Yoshiro Mori

Former prime minister of Japan (2000 - 2001).

Famous for a number of gaffes while in office, including botching Buddhist ceremonial rites during the funeral of his predecessor (Keizo Obuchi) and calling Japan "a divine nation with the Emperor at its center."
