Rep. Zoe Lofgren, born in San Mateo, California, December 21, 1947, is a Democrat, representing the 16th Congressional District of California.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren was the first house member to endorse Gov. Howard Dean for the Presidential primary in 2004.
