Tim Ryan (b. July 16, 1973, Niles, Ohio) was first elected to the United States House of Representatives on November 5, 2002 to represent Ohio's 17th Congressional District (OH-17). Ryan has been reelected since then.

Ryan is the younger of two sons, both raised by their mother, Rochelle, with the help of their grandparents, Anna and John Rizzi.
