James Risch (born May 3, 1943, Milwaukee, Wisconsin), is the Republican Lt. Governor of Idaho. Governor Otter may appoint Risch to Craig's senate seat if Craig resigns.

  • 31st Governor of Idaho -- June of 2006-Jan. 2007. Replaced Gov. Dirk Kempthorne who resigned to become U.S. Secretary of the Interior.
