Rep. Howard 'Buck' McKeon, born in Los Angeles on September 9, 1938, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1993. McKeon serves the 25th District of California.

McKeon graduated from Verdugo Hills High School in Tujunga, Los Angeles, CA. Educated at Brigham Young University, and was a business owner and member of the Santa Clarita Valley City Council before entering the House.
