Georgia v. Randolph 547 U.S. ______ is a U.S. Supreme Court case decided on March 22, 2006 which held that a warrantless search of premises when consent to search was explicitly agreed by one co-occupant but was explicitly denied by another co-occupant is a violation of the Fourth Amendment's guarantee against unreasonable search and seizure, and that evidence of a crime obtained thereby may be suppressed.
