George Gilder

From dKosopedia

George Gilder (born 1939, in New York City) is a libertarian, right-wing, American writer and ideologue, a founder of the Discovery Institute and one of the main backers of the Intelligent Design movement. Each one of his articles or lectures typically ranges over a wide range of seemingly unrelated topics including supply-side economics, Shannon information theory, quantum entanglement and Gödel's incompleteness theorem. Virtually all of his statements about physics and mathematics are utter nonsense.

According to Joseph Kahn [1] Gilder has been described as

"Crank. Con artist. Blithering ignoramus. Dishonest hack bent on corrupting the education system."
