Woodrow Anderson III is a Democrat from Arkansas. He is the CFO of his family business, which includes a hotel and pharmacy; he is also a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, and one of the Fighting Dems. In 2006, he ran for Congress in Arkansas' Third District, see Arkansas U.S. House election, 2006, but lost to the incumbent.

He describes himself as a "conservative, pro-business", who is also pro-life. Anderson and his wife, Francesca, have one son, with another child on the way.
