The O Franken Factor

From dKosopedia

show3_bucket_image.gif

Air America Radio's answer to Rush Limbaugh and other conservative radio personalities. The name of the show is a riff on The O'Reilly Factor. Hosts Al Franken and Katherine Lanpher cover the daily news from a liberal perspective, debunk right-wing lies, and interview newsmakers of the day. Regular segments include a chat with David Sirota from the Center for American Progress, conversations with Al's "Dittohead" friend (debunking Rush's lies), and the "Oy! Oy! Oy! Show." Each day they have high-profile political guests — including some conservatives.

Despite the right's attempt to promote the idea that Air America is failing, early reports indicate that O'Franken is hitting the mark: It is outrating Rush Limbaugh in New York City among key demographics. (Source)

Fans of The O'Franken Factor have begun calling themselves members of the "Air Rational Guard."
