Sue Barton

Sue Barton (D) is a 52 year old small business owner who has worked for over 20 years in the field of Youth Services in Oklahoma. She won the 2006 Democratic primary for Congress in Oklahoma's third district, see Oklahoma U.S. House election, 2006, defeating John Harris and Greg Wilson. With 518 of 573 precincts counted, she received 21,145 votes, to 8,626 for John Harris and 9,854 for Greg Wilson.

She lost to incumbent Republican Frank Lucas in the 2006 General Election.
