Doing some work in the FAQ under Rating Comments, Trusted Users, and Dealing with Trolls to make rules and guidance about the use of Hide Ratings a bit less diffuse.

My intent is to leave those those rules and guidelines unchanged. If any edit of mine does alter the meaning of a rule or guideline, this is not intentional. Please make changes to any such edit so that the original meaning of the rule or guideline is restored.
