Shaukat Aziz

Shaukat Aziz was selected as Prime Minister of Pakistan by the miltiary government of Gen. Pervez Musharraf.

Azis arrived in Washington on January 23, 2006 to continue the Musharraf government's double game of appeasing Washington with promises while pursuing other and in some cases contrary political interests in its own Northwest Territory, Afghanistan and Indian Kashmir.
