Recall
From dKosopedia
A recall is a citizen initiated measure to have an elected official removed from office prior to the end of the official's usual term. The most famous recall in U.S. History was the recall of California Governor Gray Davis, which resulted in Arnold Schwarzenegger serving as Governor in an election roundly described as a political circus.
Eighteen states have recall at the state level. Four of those states, Arizona, Georgia, Kansas and Wisconsin do not otherwise have a citizen initiated initiative process.
