Iraq War Von-vote
On March 23, 2007 Stark voted "present" on the bill to fund the War in Iraq while imposing a timetable for exiting the unnecessary and unwinnable Republican war. Stark explained that he could not vote for a bill that continued to fund the war and could not oppose a bill that finally set a deadline for withdrawing Americans. Source: Edward Epstein.
