As a famous/infamous heir, she has become the unofficial poster child for the Estate Tax. Hence the Republican plans to shift the tax burden off of wealthy estates and onto workers are sometimes called the "Paris Hilton Tax Cut" or the "Paris Hilton Lifestyle Preservation Act".
