Mujahideen

From dKosopedia

Mujahideen is the plural of mujahid, an Arabic word used to describe one who fights a jihad. It has become an umbrella term for guerrilla fighters in Islamic countries, especially those who are Islamic fundamentalists, despite the fact that in a sense any Muslim can be mujahid since jihad (the struggle, both inward against vice and outward) is a core tenet of the faith.
