Mark "Thor" Fernlund Hearne, II was the national election counsel to Bush-Cheney '04. He advised the campaign on national election law issues and oversaw election litigation in battleground states.
He's also worked for the Republican National Lawyer's Association, was a candidate for Congress in 1988 for the Republican party, and worked in the Reagan administration in the U.S. Department of Education.
In 2005, he helped launch a phony organization called the American Center for Voting Rights.
