Kenneth Hiraki

Kenneth Hiraki, is the former representative for the District 28th Representative District in the Hawaii State House of Representatives of the Hawaii State Legislature. The 28th District includes the Kakaako and Iwilei areas of the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii.
Hiraki was a member of the legislature for about 20 years before he resigning his seat to become a lobbyist for Hawaiian Telcom. Because of his untimely departure from office, Republican Governor Linda Lingle appointed Beverly Wolff Harbin to finish Hiraki's term in office. Ms. Harbin was defeated by Karl Rhodes who currently holds Mr. Hiraki's former seat in the legislature.
Rep. Hiraki is a graduate of Roosevelt High School. Hiraki recieved his JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He has a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
Hiraki is an attorney by profession and a real estate associate.
