Kay Granger

Kay Granger is the Republican "representing" the 12th district of Texas. She was first elected to Congress in 1996, after serving on the Fort Worth city council from 1989-1991, and as the mayor of Fort Worth from 1991-1995.

Granger endorsed Jungus Jordan for re-election to Forth Worth City Council District 6.

Granger received Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld’s first Global War on Terrorism Coin for her unwavering support of the second Bush administration's foreign policies.

Background

She is a member of the First United Methodist Church, and has three grown children and two grandsons.
