Katherine Armstrong

Katherine Armstrong is a lobbyist and investment banker from Dallas, Texas. She is noteworthy because she owns the ranch where Vice President Dick Cheney shot his friend, Mr. Harry Whittington.

Ms. Armstrong is very well connected in Texas society; her mother, Anne Armstrong, is reputed to be Kay Bailey Hutchison’s best friend, and she was a member of the Haliburton Board of Directors when that company hired Dick Cheney as CEO. In 2000, Ms Armstrong was a Bush Pioneer, just like her father, Tobin Armstrong.
