- Outlook: Ellsworth has more than $500,000 cash on hand, while Hostettler has $55,000. However, Hostettler has never been good at raising money, partly due to the fact that he does not accept money from PACs. As a result, he is always behind in fundraising. Even though races in this district are close, Hostettler has been able to hold on to this district in the past through grassroot efforts. In the primary, Ellsworth got 43,000 votes. Hostettler recieved 27,000. This race is a toss up
