"Folkbum" is the blogonym of Jay Bullock, a Milwaukee, WI high school English teacher, blogger, essayist, singer songwriter, unionist, rabble-rouser, and dog owner. He writes for his own blog at Folkbum's Rambles and Rants, and he is a contributer to Open Source Politics and The American Street. He is also currently the Iron Blogger Democrat at The Iron Blog.
