Donald A. Manzullo (R) represents Illinois' 16th district in the U.S. House. After an unsuccessful bid in 1990, he was elected to the House in 1992.
He was born on March 24, 1944 in Rockford, Illinois. He received a JD from Marquette University (1970), and a BA from American University (1967).
He and his wife Freda have three children.
