Black Sea

From dKosopedia

The Black Sea is a large body of water at the southeastern corner of Europe. It is bordered by Russia and Ukraine to the north, the Republic of Georgia to the east, Turkey to the south, and Bulgaria and Romania to the west. It is fed by many rivers: the Don, Dneiper and Danube, but its only exit is through the Bosporus straight in Turkey.

The division of the Black Sea fleet of the Soviet Navy was a major point of tension between Ukraine and Russia in the break up of the Soviet Union, but was resolved peacefully.
