Benjamin Franklin Dillingham

Benjamin Franklin Dillingham (b.1844 - d.1918), founded the Oahu Railway and Land Company a catalyst to Oahu's early economic development. His son, Walter Dillingham founded Hawaiian Dredging Co., which became the Dillingham Corporation, one of Hawaii's largest companies. His grandson, Benjamin F. Dillingham II is noted in Hawaii business and politics. His great-grandson, benjamin F. Dillingham III, is a GLBT philanthropist living in San Diego.
