Barry Welsh

Barry Welsh is a Democrat from Indiana. He is a United Methodist Church pastor, enviromental activist and former broadcaster, teacher and electrician (IBEW).

In 2006, Barry ran for Congress in the Sixth District, but lost to the incumbent, see Indiana U.S. House election, 2006.

He and his wife Sherri have four children.

2008

After getting an impressive 40% of the vote with no National Party money or help from netroots Welsh is running again with help form the netroots and possibly from the DCC.[1]
