Arkansas Judiciary. There are three levels of courts in Arkansas:

All judges in Arkansas are elected by the voters in the State. The Supreme Court and Court of Appeals members are elected for eight year terms. Circuit judges are elected for six year terms and District Court judges for four year terms.
