Albio Sires (D) represents New Jersey's 13th district in the U.S. House. He was first elected in 2006 to fill the open seat vacated by Bob Menendez, who ran for the U.S. Senate.

Sires is a former New Jersey State Assemblyman, who represented district 33 from 2000 - 2006. He was the Speaker from 2002-2006. He is also the former mayor of West New York.
