Abraham

From dKosopedia

Abraham, is an important scriptural figure in Judaism, Christianity and Islam who served as one of the earliest intermediaries between God and humanity, and more particularly with the tribes of Israel (not the modern country, but in this sense, the Jewish people). His relationship with God, according to the religious writings of these faiths, gave rise to an important Covenant between God and his people. Of course, the different faiths do not fully agree regarding all details of who Abraham was and what his significance was for the faithful.
