2005 Energy Bill

From dKosopedia

The 2005 Energy Bill, which doesn't address CAFE standards but does give oil and gas industries 500 million dollars for research and 2.7 billion dollars in tax breaks, is a huge givaway to the Fossil Fuel industry. It was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on July 29, 2005.
