West Bank

An area controlled by Israel since a 1967 war, which is West of the Jordan River. It is largely inhabited by Palestinians, but Jews from Israel have errected Settlements in the West Bank which have rendered partision of Israel between Israelis and Palestinians politically difficult for Israel.
