The War for Democracy is the fight to protect the essential liberties of U.S. citizens.

These liberties include:

Requirement of probable cause before criminal procedings
Right to due process of law before any penalty is assessed
Right to privacy, of persons to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures
Freedom of expression
Balance of power, with independent branches of government and a free press
