Thanks to GovTrak.us I've found a list of the legislation that is currently under review by our House Sub-Committee.

As stated on the Sub-Committees site, these are the "bills that are assigned to this committee. These bills and resolutions have been proposed by Members of Congress but may not have had any action taken on them on their path to becoming law. In fact, the vast majority of proposed legislation never becomes law.

IMO the MOST important bill for Emergency Managers is this one...

3659: FEMA Reorganization bill

This bill proposes "To reestablish the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an independent establishment in the executive branch that is responsible for the Nation's preparedness and response to disasters, and for other purposes."
