Propose and Alternive

I suggest that when we discuss the budget we propose an alternative budget that is not out of balence more than the Bush budget. It can either be a "Lean" budget that assumes the same revenue's as Bush and then shows decreases and increases that one might propose. The "Fully Funded" budget would allow an increase in expenses if at least supported by the elimination of some of the tax give-backs.

Note: I have a page with some links to some of the other comments on the budget, but as Kos has done such a good job, it may be redundant.

• Well, it was a decent idea but since nobody followed up on it, the result was us providing thousands of people with White House propaganda. I've deleted the White House propaganda, but anyone who wants to read or revert it can go into the page history.
