Shan Tsutsui

Shan Tsutsui, a member of the Democratic Party, represents the 4th Senatorial District in the Hawaii State Senate of the Hawaii State Legislature. The 4th district includes Wailuku, Kahului and Spreckelsville-Paia on the island of Maui, in the state of Hawaii. Senator Tsutsui was first elected to the senate in 2002 by ousting incumbent Sen. Jan Yagi Buen.
