Born in Sandy, OR in August of 19511 Rick Metsger is Journalist for KOIN TV, former educator as well as State Senator for Senate District 26. He chairs the Senate Business and Economic Development Committee; and sits on the Human Services Committee, Revenue Committee, and the Transportation Committee.
