Plessy v. Ferguson

Plessy v. Ferguson is a case that everyone in the legal world agrees was wrongly decided. But, it has become a conservative code word by which an individual indicates that he is opposed to Roe v. Wade, which many strict constructionist legal scholars also feel was wrongly decided.
