Peggy Lamm

Peggy Lamm (D) is an educator and former state legislator from Colorado. She ran for the open seat in the 7th Congressional District, but lost the primary to Ed Perlmutter, see Colorado U.S. House election, 2006. She was the former Chair of the Commission on Higher Education, and she is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees of Adams State College.

Peggy Lamm lives in Arvada with her teenaged son. She is the sister-in-law of former Democratic Governor Richard Lamm.
