  • Outlook: The incumbent is running for Governor. Derby outraised her Republican opponents in Q1, and is polling within the margin of error against her leading opponent. In 2004, however, the Republican incumbant received 67% of the vote. Among Republicans, Heller is a moderate, and he beat out both Gibbons, the early front-runner, and Angle, who had major financial support from the Club for Growth.

  • Outlook: Hafen is a staffer for Sen. Harry Reid. She is Mormon and her father's been on the Henderson City Council for nearly 20 years, so she has connections.
