J.D. Crouch II
J.D. Crouch II is a Neocon who has held multiple jobs in the administration of President George W. Bush. He is currently works on the staff of the National Security Council as the Deputy National Security Adviser (January 2005–present). Before that he was Ambassador to Romania (May 2004–January 2005), and Assistant Secretary for International Security Policy at the U.S. Department of Defense (August 2001–October 2003).
Like his boss, Stephen Hadley, he advocates developing "bunker-buster" nuclear bombs.
