Harold Rogers

Harold "Hal" Rogers, (born December 31, 1937, Wayne County, Kentucky), represents Kentucky's Fifth Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives. He is a Republican. Rogers, first elected in 1980, is currently serving his 15th term or his 29th year in Congress.
