Gary Okino

Councilmember Gary Okino represents council district 8 on the Honolulu City Council. Council District 8 includes Fort Shafter, Moanalua, Halawa, Aiea, Pearl City, Pearl City Peninsula, Seaview, Crestview, and Waipio Gentry.
Prior to becoming a councilmember in 2000, Okino was a City Planner for the City and County of Honolulu for 33 years.
