Congressman Gary G. Miller was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1998 to represent California's 42nd Congressional District. Miller is chairman of the Building a Better America Caucus, a congressional organization promoting quality growth.

Miller was born in Huntsville, Arkansas on October 16, 1948, but grew up in Whittier, California.
