Eric J. Palmer

Eric J. Palmer (Democrat) was born in Oskaloosa, IA and has practiced law in Oskaloosa since 1986. He is a graduate of William Penn University(B.A. - History) and Drake University Law School. He is the sole practicing attorney in the Palmer & Palmer Law firm (in the family since 1924).

Eric Palmer is the Treasurer of the Nelson Pioneer Farm Trust and a member of the Oskaloosa Chamber of Commerce. Eric is also a two-term At Large member of the Oskaloosa City Council - having won via a grassroots write-in campaign in 2003 with overwhelming support.

Eric Palmer is a mamber of the Iowa House of Representatives in District 75, see Iowa State House elections, 2006. He won in 2006 after narrowly losing to a long-time incumbent in 2004.
