Derrick Shepherd

Derrick Shepherd is a Democratic State Senator from Louisiana who finished third in the Open Louisiana Primary for the Second Congressional District LA-02 seat now held by Democratic incumbent William J. Jefferson. Shepherd endorsed the corrupt Jefferson in the runoff election, over the second place finisher, Karen Carter.
