Dawn Pettengill

Dawn Pettengill is a Republican member of the Iowa State House from Benton county. She was originally elected in 2004 as a Democrat, but she switched parties after the 2007 legislative session.

Personal life

Pettengill was a teenaged single mother who put herself through college. Her oldest child is in remission from cancer, while her youngest has joined the military, and will probably go to Iraq.
